Intracapsular silicone implant rupture: this MRI shows the implant envelope collapsed within the silicone (the linguine sign) which is still contained within the capsule.

  • Do you notice anything else about the implant?

    Case 43 MR:

    This is a different patient with a similar finding:

    Case 43 MLO2:

      a. The implant is pre-pectoral (retroglandular)

      b. The implant is sub-pectoral (retropectoral)

      c. Capsular contracture

      d. Dual-lumen implant
