Case 37 Continued

A subtle lobulated mass is present in the subareolar left breast at 9:00. This was recalled for a diagnostic work-up.

Case 37 SCM:

  • What is your assessment and do you need an ultrasound?

      a. BI-RADS 0, Recommend Ultrasound for further evaluation.

      b. BI-RADS 4, Suspicious. Recommend Ultrasound for further evaluation.

      c. BI-RADS 4, Suspicious. Ultrasound could be performed to guide biopsy recommendations.

      d. BI-RADS 5, Highly Suggestive of Malignancy. Recommend Ultrasound for further evaluation.

      e. BI-RADS 5, Highly Suggestive of Malignancy. Ultrasound could be performed to guide biopsy recommendations.
