Case 32 Continued

A rounded density is present in the inferior breast, seen primarily on the MLO view, which was new since the prior mammogram 1 year ago. A diagnostic mammogram was performed.

  • What is your assessment?

      a. BI-RADS 0, recommend ultrasound for further evaluation

      b. BI-RADS 2, Benign. Normal asymmetric breast tissue

      c. BI-RADS 3, Probably Benign Focal Asymmetric Density

      d. BI-RADS 4, Suspicious Neodensity

      e. BI-RADS 5, Highly Suggestive of Malignancy, Neodensity
