Via Radiology continues to fine tune our radiation reduction program.

Via Radiology is dedicated to providing high-resolution Low-Dose Computerized Tomography (CT) Imaging and we are pleased to share our latest progress.
At Via Radiology-Meridian Pavilion, CT radiation dose reduction has long been a priority. Our dedicated, highly-trained technical staff and board-certified radiologists are committed to providing maximum safety and exam excellence, in a caring environment.
We have achieved all our benchmarks toward reducing radiation exposure dosages.Our Computerized Tomography Dose Index (CTDI) numbers are below the industry standards established by the American College of Radiology (ACR). We have achieved this by taking into account patient body habitus, use of our new 4D Care Dose software for CT imaging, optimizing CT and conventional x-ray protocols to reach the as-low-as-reasonably-achievable (ALARA) levels, and offering alternative imaging options.
We are also proud that Via Radiology has achieved ACR accreditation for our CT scanner. This is only awarded to imaging centers that provide the very highest practice standards.
It is our continuous goal at Via Radiology to provide service excellence in a inviting, friendly out-patient setting, using excellent imaging equipment. Our quality control measures result in the lowest radiation dosages for our patients.
