2009 Patient Satisfaction survey results

Since our opening in July 2006, the goal at Via Radiology-Meridian Pavilion (Via-MP) has been to provide superior patient care in an outpatient setting. We continually survey patients to confirm we are meeting that goal. We are pleased to share the results of our 2009 patient satisfaction survey tabulation. This year we had over 2,041 patients respond. This is a 50% increase in the number of responses over last year and a statistically significant response rate. Patient feedback continues to be overwhelmingly positive. Click here to view the results
