Camelia Whitten, M.D.

Camelia G. Whitten, MD, received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1985. She completed her radiology residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME, in 1990, serving as Chief Resident. She completed her musculoskeletal fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in 1990 and remained on the faculty for the next two years. During this time, Dr. Whitten contributed numerous articles and book chapters to radiology literature. She joins Via Radiology after 13 successful years in private practice as a general radiologist with a musculoskeletal subspecialization in St. Cloud Hospital, MN. Her interests include all aspects of orthopedic and rheumatologic imaging, with a special interest in MR imaging of the musculoskeletal system and therapeutic injections of the lumbar spine and joints. She is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology.
